OUR FOOD

Shucks Head Chef, George Petaloudis develops seasonal, produce-focused menus inspired by the Scottish coastline. Our menu can change daily depending on what our fisherman have caught, but you can expect the finest sustainable seafood cooked classically and over fire; in-house curing and smoking; whole fish cuts, seasonal specials and sharing plates.

OUR BAR

Our unique bar space in the heart of Hyndland focuses on relaxed and fun atmosphere, serving up flavour driven, seasonal cocktails and classics serves, plus local artisan beers, Champagne and a carefully curated wine list.

Enjoy your favourite tipple alongside some of our house-cured and smoked seasonal fare, and the finest Scottish oysters and seafood specials unique to our bar.
